Join us for a specialized Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) training designed to equip caring adults, mentors, educators, and community members with the tools to support young people—especially Black, Brown, and Indigenous youth—experiencing mental health challenges or crises. In this training, you'll learn to recognize warning signs of mental health challenges in youth and understand how trauma, bias, and systemic inequities affect mental health in communities of color. Gain knowledge on how to provide initial support and connect youth to appropriate care, utilizing culturally responsive strategies rooted in equity and respect.
